#1 ALUMNI TOURNAMENT
The spirit of ASAS continues as The Saints 9498 take on the responsibility of organising this year’s ASAS Open 2026, following their recently concluded OBW weekend. For The Saints 9498, OBW was another opportunity to come together, reconnect with old friends and celebrate the bonds that began during their years at Sekolah Alam Shah. With the memories of their OBW weekend still fresh, the batch now turns its attention towards bringing the wider ASAS family together through another much-anticipated event in the ASAS calendar.
The ASAS Open has grown into more than just a golf tournament. It is a platform where alumni from different batches come together to reconnect, renew friendships and celebrate the enduring camaraderie that makes the ASAS family unique. While the competition takes place on the fairways, the real spirit of the event is found in the friendships, conversations and fellowship shared throughout the day. This year, The Saints 9498 will bring their own batch identity, energy and spirit to the organisation as they take the ASAS Open tradition forward.
The ASAS Open 2026 will be held on 15 November 2026 (Sunday) at Amverton Golf & Country Club. Golfers from across the ASAS family can look forward to a day of friendly competition, networking and camaraderie, with plenty of opportunities to catch up with old friends and meet fellow Budak SAS. Whether you are a regular golfer, looking to bring together a flight of batchmates, or simply want to support the ASAS community, this is an invitation to be part of another memorable gathering.
From OBW to ASAS Open, the spirit continues from one batch to the next and from one generation to another. The Saints 9498 have taken the baton, but they cannot do it alone. We call upon the entire ASAS family to come forward — register your flight, rally your batchmates, introduce potential sponsors, open doors to your business contacts, or connect the organising team with companies and individuals who may be interested in supporting ASAS Open 2026. Every golfer, sponsor, contribution and introduction can make a difference. If you know someone who can support, sponsor or simply open a door, make that introduction and help The Saints 9498 make this year’s ASAS Open a success.
